In order to remain positive corporate working atmosphere and culture, Jinxiang Bearing made October, when Chinese people have National Holiday, as the month for improving patriotism and love to the company. Therefore, five kinds of excellent Jinxiang people were elected at the end of October and were given the corresponding awards. The five kinds are the Model of Observing Disciplines and Obeying Laws, the Model of Powerful Professional Technique, the Model of Loving Labor and High Hygiene Standards, the Model of Caring Equipment and the Model of Working Hard and Practising Strict Economy.

Selection procedure: the judging panel were made up by the directors of each workshop, based on employees' everyday performance, candidates for these models were given marks on the Noticeboard each day, as a result, those candidates for each model who won the most marks were awarded. The selection procedure was therefore guaranteed transparent and fair.

Selection results: at the end of October, Jinxiang Bearing presented corresponding certificates and prizes to the winners of the five types of models. From this activity, we saw Jinxiang people’s high participating initiatives. This activity has helped to enrich Jinxiang people’s working life, upgrade their sense of belonging, and improve their patriotism and love of the company and jobs.
